Hi, I'm Britton Kinnard, founder of Home & Lake.

I live on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN, just a short commute from Nashville, where I wake up each day feeling incredibly fortunate to have the lake as my backyard. The lake is my playground, my tonic, and the reason I founded Home & Lake—to share that joy with others by guiding them through the unique considerations of lake home real estate. After almost two decades in Nashville and now living in the charming lake community of Hendersonville, I’ve found my perfect balance. Here, I enjoy the best of both worlds: the vibrant city I’ve long called home and the peaceful waterside living of Old Hickory Lake. Now, I look forward to helping others discover the beauty of lake living in this wonderful community and the surrounding areas on Old Hickory Lake.
